Italian Beef Sandwich

Mercer Kitchen - Football Special 

 

3 pounds Eye of Roast 

1 can beef broth

1 package- dry Italian Good seasoning 

1 package - dry AuGu 

2 fresh French rolls 

1 package sliced provolone cheese 

 

 

Cook meat and all ingredient on high for 4 hours in crock pot. 

Shred meat with fork. Keep on low for 1 hour. 

 

Slice  roll in 1/2 length wise 

Layer roll with cheese 

Put hot beef on cheese 

Put the top roll on, and slice sandwich diagonally  to desired size. 

 

Enjoy.
